Ordering a Bike for Hire

Ordering a BullDogTM Hire Bike from us is simple and easy. Choose a bike from the Bike Hire List, making sure it comes in the right size (Refer to Sizing Guide for help), and then contact us via several methods:

We will need the following information from you when making an order:

  • Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Phone No.
  • Billing Address (if different from Delivery Address)
  • NUS Card No.
  • Bike
  • Bike Size
  • Helmet? Yes/No
  • Delivery Date
  • Hire Period

*NB: Do not send card details via email or contact form, these are not secure.

  • If paying online, you will then be required to setup a subscription for the Hire Period, with an initial Deposit payment (and optional Helmet purchase if required). To do this, click the "Make Payment" button, where you will be redirected to the relevant Paypal Subscription, based on your Hire Period.
  • Once this is done; print out the Paypal Receipt; print out and fill in the Order Form; and then print out and sign the Terms and Conditions. You will need all these documents to hand, along with your NUS card for proof of ID, on the delivery date.

*NB: Please note the deposit will be returned at the end of the hire period upon return of the equipment in good condition. Damage or Replacement Charges apply and these are the prices we charge for making any repairs or providing replacements for lost equipment. Also, all helmets carry a medical sticker, please fill in you details and put this inside the helmet before use.
